Hand Drawn type- Fiji

A lot of the signs in Fiji were again on chalkboards and hand drawn everyday. Above is a photo of the man changing the menu, he did this twice a day.

This is some hand painted type in the capital of Fiji, Suva. I really liked the almost bubble writing, it was so different from shop signs in the UK

I liked the use of colour and  simple illustration on this board

I admired this hand painted type for the market, its nice type with a good use of white for highlights.

Here I like really like the bubble type for 'night club', this was hand painted onto tiles

The banner at the top of this sign makes it look quite traditional, I liked how the type it wasn't perfect close up.

Here I like the use of colour the type looks quite fun

I like this wide type on this sign, with good contrasting colours it really stands out.

The shopping hours hand painted on the wall

A really hard to read chalkboard

When they can't fit the e on the end of welcome ha
